MultiChoice has launched MyDstv App, which will allow its customers to manage their accounts from their smartphones.
Publicity and Public Relations Manager of MultiChoice Zimbabwe, Liz Dziva said the app will enable customers to undertake any actions on their accounts.
“MyDStv App is live and available to all customers, and it was created to facilitate management of DStv accounts and viewing, clearing error codes, checking account balances, making payments, changing packages, either upgrading or downgrading and updating their details,” she said.
“MultiChoice works 24/7 to find innovative ways to solve day-to-day business issues and give world class customer experiences. This app is just one of the newest means of doing so and it will be a catalyst for quick and easy management and problem-solving.”
“For more information on MyDStv App customers can contact our national telecall centre or visit our customer care centres in Avondale and Joina City in Harare, or in Bulawayo and Mutare,” Ms Dziva added.
