Digital disruption has to do with transformation that is caused by emerging digital technologies and business models resultantly there is need for participants to understand the threats that are associated with the digital space.

TelOne has engaged three top industry experts who will be the keynote speakers at the symposium.
Zimbabwe Information and Communication Technology (ZICT) Vice Chairman Engineer.Tororiro Isaac Chaza is one of the key speakers. He has 34 years of experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Sector.He is a passionate advocate for ICT as the key economic driver and Project Management as the core leadership skill for strategy execution. He is the founder of TORCHPMO, a training and consulting company for Project Management.
Another speaker is Mr Christopher Mugaga CEO of Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce which is the largest business organization in the country in a number of key areas such as influencing policy positions and formulation, negotiating investment deals with foreign nationals and detailed profiling of investment opportunities for both domestic and international investors.He is a Commissioner with the Tariffs and Competition Commission and has extensive experience in financial consultancy and banking.
The last speaker is Mkhululi Ndlovu a technology entrepreneur who has over nineteen years of experience in software enterprise resource planning implementation, demonstrating consistent success in leading technology deployments, training and innovation. He was Instrumental in envisaging and developing innovative technology solutions for business challenges that existed in several African countries.
