State owned telecommunications company, TelOne has launched its improved Mobile App. The App has been made available to the public as of today, June 1, 2018.
The TelOne marketing team has been collecting feedback from users of the Mobile App which was first launched in 2016 and working hard to figure out a better way to deliver their biggest promise to their customers in the form of mobile application that offers more and better functionality and gives the business a competitive edge in the market.
Speaking on the application, one TelOne official said that, “We are excited to launch our new internally designed mobile app. The newly refreshed app is meant to give customers a better client experience, offer more and better functionality and gives the business a competitive edge in the market.”
The TelOne mobile app includes four key features which are: Recharge function, Live chat, Directory and Wi-Fi Hotspots Map that will give you locations of the operator’s nearest hotspot, allowing you the convenience of using the Internet spot closest to you..
The mobile app is available either on Appstore or Google play and users can share their experience as TelOne is open to more feedback so as to keep on improving on the application.
