Apps4Africa announces the Final 3 winners!

Last year in November TechnoMag gave you a story which we also ran in the Herald Business on the Apps4Africa Challenge calling out for all interested participants and again this year we gave you the shortlist on the announced result before the finals.
After 3months of going through the various submissions of more 1000 applicants the Appfrica team today has announced the final three winners and unfortunately our fellow Zimbabweans did not manage to make it to the final hurdle.
The final 3 winners hailed from Uganda, Ghana and Nigeria and they are all walking away with a cool funding of $10 000.
These young tech developers were asked to submit their business ideas aimed at solving local problems through a series of brainstorming sessions held in six countries across Africa.
